Obituary for Nancy Thomas Daugherty Nancy Juanita Thomas Daugherty, 81, of Cowpens, SC, died Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born June 16, 1937, in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Malcolm Thomas and Ruby Lee Clary Thomas. A graduate of Cowpens High School, Mrs. Daugherty was a member of Cowpens First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Robert Daugherty of Cowpens, SC; children, Debbi Acuna (Pablo) of Roebuck, SC and Robbie Daugherty (Kathy) of Buffalo, SC; grandchildren, Zach Daugherty (Misty) of Okinawa, Japan, Alyse Acuna of Roebuck, SC, and Haley Acuna of Columbia, SC; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Gabe, and Benaiah Daugherty; and sisters, Jean Brannon (Dave) of Mill Springs, NC and Lynn Kuhn (David) of Spartanburg, SC. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 22, 2018, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd. , Spartanburg, SC 29307, by The Rev.

Matthew Kuhn. Visitation will follow at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 901 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
