Nancy Harteneck of Owensboro met her Heavenly Father on November 15, 2018. She spent her last few days under the loving care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born on November 1, 1928 in Owensboro, KY to the late Thomas & Clara Cooper.

Nancy will be greeted in heaven by her forever missed husband, Arnold Harteneck, son, Darrell Lewellen, along with multiple family members and friends. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Doris Edmonson, granddaughter, Tabitha (Doug) Denton, and the “prettiest boy in the world,” her great grandson, Eli. She is also survived by her brothers Marlow, Franklin, and Coleman Cooper, and several nieces and nephews.

Nancy enjoyed going to bingo, watching UK basketball, and going to the casino! A private graveside service will be held to honor her 90 years of life. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
