Naomi Faye Smith, 74 year old resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma, died February 10, 2019 at Circle of Life Hospice House in Springdale, Arkansas. Born September 4, 1944, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Ralph E. Smith and Vernie Douthit Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

She is survived by her brother Phil Smith and wife Dorothy of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; one niece, Stacy Bishop and husband Mike of Colcord, Oklahoma; and one nephew, Cody Smith and wife Jennifer of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
