Of Euless, Texas, passed away surrounded by her family on March 7, 2019. She was born November 25, 1980 in Niagara Falls, NY to Mary K. (James T.) Jordan & Doug (Jeannie) Bax. Natalie graduated from Niagara Catholic H.S. in 1998.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Daemen College. Natalie pursued a career in physical therapy and was the Director of Rehabilitation at Legend Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Euless. She enjoyed dancing, home decorating, educating, sharing essential oils and intricate hair braiding and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.

Natalie is survived by her husband Kevin Todd Blasczienski, children, Siena Grace and Kevin Jordan “KJ”, brothers James and John Jordan, sisters Erica Russo, Alexa Bax and numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. Family will be present Friday from 4-8PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga St., LEWISTON, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10AM at St. Raphael’s Church, 3840 Macklem Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.
