Nathaniel Bailey, Sr. passed away peacefully at home on April 15, 2018. He was born on April 4, 1931 in Sidon, Mississippi. He married his high school sweetheart Ruth Berniel Jones whom he was married to for 64 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Maggie Bailey and one brother, Charles Bailey of Canton, Ohio. Great-grandson, Kao. Brothers, Sisters, In-laws, Nieces, Nephews, Caregiver and Friends. Nathaniel retired from the United States Air Force (25 years), Sacramento State (18 years) and enjoyed part time employment & retirement at the former Arco Arena/Sleep Train Arena (15 years).

He spent his time after retirement surrounded by his children and grandchildren always sharing his great humor and many words of wisdom.
