Obituary for Neal Lewis Tarter Neal Lewis Tarter, 29, of Jonesville, VA passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. A native of Lee County, he was born December 8, 1988 to Roger and Shelia (Shell) Tarter. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Homer and Eva Tarter, and by his maternal grandparents, Ernest and Jackie Short.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Melissa Clark, of Indiana; two nephews, Jarret Clark and Ben Clark; one niece, Sophia Clark; and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at Robinette Funeral Home in Jonesville. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev.

Rob Haynes officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, in Evarts Memorial Gardens. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery for services.
