She was preceded in death by her parents, Ogal and Sylvia Webb, grandparents, Loyd and Anna Jones, siblings, Sharron Webb, Kathy Wulff, Arlan Webb, Gene Webb, Dennis Webb and Tony Webb. Survivors include her husband, Joseph Rivers, two daughters, April Dawn Couch and Angela Michelle Massengill, sisters, Trisha Mitchell, Deborah Webb, Tracey Webb, Mitzi Rivers, Trudy Webb and Margaret Pugh, brothers, Luther Webb, Leslie Webb and Danny Webb, grandchildren, Brandon Massengill, Logan Sowders, Ethan Massengill and Emma and David Couch.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 5-7PM at Robinette Funeral Home, Rose Hill, VA. Funeral services will follow at 7PM from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Glen Smith officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11AM on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in the Lee Family Cemetery, Rose Hill, VA Family and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery on Tuesday just prior to services.
