Born November 8, 1978 in Johnson City, NY, she was a daughter of the Nancy (Bolia) Smith, of Northampton and the late John Flahavan of Seneca Falls, NY. She was the wife of Nick L. Lamy.

Survivors: husband, Nick; mother, Nancy; daughter, Taylor McKenzie; sisters, Joely Lyn Pearn and her husband, Frank, Jr., and Cari Yates and her husband, Kevin; brother, brother, Sean Flahavan; nieces, Tatiana Pearn and her fiancé, Connor Barz, Kayle and Kendra Yates; nephews, Ian Pearn, Christian Yates and Mike’s son, Justin Kitchen; her fur baby, Muddbugg; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones. Nicole was predeceased by her infant son, Calvin Joseph; brother, Michael W. Smith; nephew, Cory Matthew Smith; aunts, Sue Willard and Patricia Johnson; uncles, Frank, Robert, and Donald Page; grandmother, Gertrude Page; and father, John. Services: Celebration of Nicole’s life from 1:30 – 8 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Northampton Fire Department, 4 Lerchenmiller Dr., Northampton, PA 18067.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation or NephCure Kidney International in loving memory of Nicole. Online condolences may be submitted above.
