OBITUARY Niria Yazmin Diaz Rodriguez July 30, 1994 – December 24, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Niria Yazmin Diaz Rodriguez, age 24, of Weslaco, Texas passed away on Monday December 24, 2018. Niria was born July 30, 1994 in Houston, TX to Rosa Maria Diaz and Jose Guadalupe Diaz. Niria is survived by her husband, Jaime Rodriguez; daughter Natalie Jade Rodriguez; and son Jaime Rodriguez Jr.; father Jose Guadalupe Diaz and mother Rosa Maria Diaz; brother Jose Guadalupe Diaz Jr. and sister Destiny Diaz; paternal grandfather Pablo Diaz, paternal grandmother Maria Guadalupe Diaz, aunt Bertha Alicia Carriaga, aunt Maria Gonzalez, uncle Daniel Diaz and maternal grandmother Juana Treviño Cabrera.

Niria was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and sister; she will greatly be missed. Niria was one who would brighten up your day and make her presence known; she was the life of the party. Every person whom she came across and got to know her could say she was a humble, caring and full of life person.

Niria was one who would always have her makeup on point, sharp and beautiful as could be, she never failed to include makeup on her shopping list; makeup was apart of who she was. Niria also enjoyed music, she could listen to all types of music, all day everyday. Her life will greatly be remembered as a fun, inspired, generous and devoted woman.

A Private Family Visitation for Niria will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home, followed with the Public Visitation from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 1:00 PM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Weslaco, TX, followed with the Interment at Highland Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78599.

Serving as pallbearers are Joel Carriaga Jr, Jose Guadalupe Diaz Jr, Jaime Carriaga, Adan Pineda, Justin Tamez and Jacob Tamez. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www. dignitymemorial.com/legacy for the Diaz Rodriguez family.
