Obituary of Noemi Cancel Noemi Andrea Cancel, 39, of 421 W. Walnut St., Titusville passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018, surrounded by her family. Noemi was born on July 13, 1979, in Patchogue, NY to Tomas Antonio Cancel and Andrea June Overbeck Baquerizo. She was a graduate of Rocky Point High School in Long Island, NY.

Noemi was previously employed at Sleepy’s in Port Jefferson, NY and last employed as a bookkeeper at Edy’s Ice Cream in Long Island, NY for 2 years. She attended the First Presbyterian Church in Titusville. Noemi enjoyed playing sports especially basketball and was an exceptional artist making numerous drawings.

She is survived by her father of Puerto Rico, her mother of Titusville, a daughter, Alize Steiner of Titusville; two brothers, Tomas Antonio Cancel, Jr., Carlos Baquerizo both of Titusville; six sisters, Miriam DE Maria and husband Paul, Ashley Plunkett, Nicole Plunkett, Amelia Plunkett all of Winter Springs, FL, Iris Cancel and Dominique Baquerizo and fiancé Tikoda Wagner all of Titusville; and former companion, Greg Steiner of Titusville. A memorial service will be conducted for family and friends on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1449 Thompson Rd. , Franklin, PA 16323.
