Obituary for Nora Belle Spencer Nora Belle Spencer, 82, of White Mills, passed away on Monday October 22, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was born in Eastview, to George and Mary C Lasley Spencer. She was a Homemaker and Co-Owner of Spencer’s Valu-Mart.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, 1 Brother, and 1Sister She is survived by her loving Husband, Tommy Spencer of White Mills. Her Sons, Kenneth W (Terri) Spencer of White Mills, Ronnie E Spencer of Cecilia, and Edward R Spencer of Bowling Green. She had 1 daughter, Sheri Peters (Steve Hodge) of Eastview.

Nora Belle had 3 Grandchildren, Nicki Rosati (Jim) of Louisville, Ryan Peters of Cecilia, and Joshua Spencer of White Mills. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Underhill officiating.

Burial will be held at the White Mills Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown. Condolences may be expressed on-line at www.
