Obituary for Noreen Elizabeth Eledge Starnes Noreen Elizabeth Eledge Starnes, 70, passed away November 26, 2018. A native of Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Juanita Caldwell Eledge, a retired seamstress, and a member of El Bethel Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Amanda Hunt (Colin) of Atlanta, Georgia; one son, Bradley Starnes (Ally) of Simpsonville; one sister, Linda Hughes of Greer and four grandchildren, Lauren, Matthew, Jackie and Gracie.

She was also predeceased by one brother, Tommy Eledge. Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary Chapel, conducted by Rev. Doug Vernon.

Visitation will be held 2:30 until 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary prior to the service. The family is at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bayberry Inn, 309 Northview Drive, Greer, SC 29651.
