Obituary for Norma Jean Hall Norma Hall went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at age 83. She is survived by three sons, Michael Vernon (Susan) Hall, William Morris “Bill” Hall, and Jeffrey Scott (Donna) Hall; six grandchildren, Mandi (Adam) Mills, Shauna Hall (Ezra Hudson), Becky (Todd) Gooch, Shannon (Mark) Wadsworth, Katie (Michael) Johnson, and Lacie Hall; fourteen great granchildren, Madison, Collin, Lily, Avary, Luke, Levi, Regan, Zoey, Presley, Kaylyn, Taylor, John Parker, Ella, and Emery; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Vernon Hall; her grandson, Chad Hall; mother, Elizabeth A. Wright; father, Ray Bishop; and one sister, Betty Rae Davis.

She was a very giving and selfless person. She always cared for others and was quick to crack a joke. She loved kids and didn’t meet a stranger.

She will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at The New Gardendale Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
