Obituary for Norma Ruth McNeely (Williams) Norma Ruth McNeely passed away on November 27, 2018 at her home in Sealy, Texas after a short illness. Norma was born in Lohn, Texas to W.E . and Clara Williams on January 31, 1931 the second of two children.

She graduated from Melvin High school in 1948. She attended business school in San Angelo, Texas for a about a one year and worked as a secretary for a short time. Norma became a full time homemaker, wife and mother for the remainder of her life.

Norma married Donald Burton McNeely of Doole, Texas on December 24, 1950 and they celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary in December 2009. She was preceded in death by her Father in 1988 and her mother in 1992 husband Donald Burton McNeely in 2010, son Alan Keith McNeely in 2015, Nephew Bryan Martin and brother-in-law Warren Martin. Norma is survived by one son Michael Don and wife Carleeta McNeely of Sealy, Texas; four grand-sons: Jason and wife Amy of Sealy, Texas, Nathan of Brookshire, Texas and Kyle and wife Megan of Katy, Texas and Colin of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; five geat grandsons ; Colton, Tanner, Levi and Cody of Sealy, Texas and Kooper of Katy, Texas; one great granddaughter Rylee Faye of Katy, Texas; one sister Nelda Martin of Brady, Texas; and two nephews Curtis and Grant Martin of Brady, Texas.

Pallbearers are Jason McNeely, Nathan McNeely, Kyle McNeely, Kooper McNeely, Curtis Martin and Grant Martin. Norma will be remember for her lifetime devotion to her family and her many talents and artistic creations for decorating her home, in which she found much personal satisfaction and fulfillment.
