O. C. Simmons, age 63, of Sneedville, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019. Preceded O.C. in death are parents, O’day C. Simmons, Sr. and Betty J Simmons; son O’Day Sean Simmons. Oday is survived by wife , Jane Simmons; daughter, Audra Fields and husband T.J., son, Chris Newman; step son, Chad Muse and wife Jenny, grandsons, Dresden and Lucas Lambert, Sean (Two Knives) Fields; sister, Darlene;, brothers, Harley, Bannon and Andy.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, from 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. The memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Billy Ray Courtney officiating and military funeral honors to be rendered by the United States Marine Corps and the Hawkins County Color Guard.
