Darrell Reed Horner, 70, of Mooresburg, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents, T.J. and Martha Horner.

He is survived by two sons, Darren Horner (Greta), and David Horner; grandson, Griffin; sister, Wanda Johnson (Paul); brothers, Ricky Horner, and James (Ann) Horner; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, February 15, 2019 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm.

A military graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Gladson Cemetery with military funeral honors being rendered by the U.S. Marine Corps. and the Hawkins County Color Guard. Online condolences may be made at www.
