Sellersburg, Indiana Orville “Eddie” Thompson, 67, entered eternal life on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Baptist Health Floyd. He retired from the Town of Sellersburg and loved attending the local turkey shoots. Eddie was an avid I.U. fan and loved Nascar.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marion H. Thompson, Sr., and two brothers, Marion “J.R.” Thompson and David “Weezer” Thompson. Surviving are, his mother, Lena Thompson, Sellersburg, brother, Gary Thompson, Sellersburg, sisters, Sherry Casey, Borden, Kristine Casteel, Memphis, Connie Arrington, Sellersburg, Donna Blakely, Memphis and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at the Sellersburg Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Heart Association, 6100 W. 96th St. #200, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278. Online condolences can be made at www.
