It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Ruby Jean (Wilson) Lyskowinski announces the passing of their loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend after courageously fighting ongoing health issues. Ruby is preceded in death by her mother and father, Margot (Helder) Kelkboom and Raymond Wilson, and two brothers, Everett Wilson and Nel Kelkboom. Ruby is survived by her husband of 49 1/2 years, Thomas Lyskowinski, four daughters Debbie Schuck (David) Reynolds, Karen Lyskowinski (Kym) Hahn, Cindy Schuck Gibson, Susan Lyskowinski Bradford, six grandchildren Gary (Heather), Shayne (Samantha), Candice, Matthew, Jordan and Henry, five great-grandchildren Isabella, Zacharia, Magena, Serenity, and Claire, her twin-sister Ruth Barnes, sister Sue Barnes, and brothers Bob Wilson, Ronald Wilson, and Rowald Kelboom.

Ruby was an active member of the Moose Lodge of Sellersburg and loved working with the program to send care packages to troops overseas. She was passionate about her family and friends and always had a smile for anyone who came to her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Bethesda Cemetery located in Elizabeth Indiana.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 12:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. If memorial contributions are preferred, please send charitable contributions to: Moose Charities (moosecharities.
