PAMELIA’s Obituary Mrs. Pamelia Louise (Waters) Hughes, 61, went to be with the Lord on March 5, 2019. She was born in St. Cloud, Florida and lived in Sebastian, Florida where she raised her daughter, Ms. Julie Hendee of Vero Beach. Pam worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years.

She was a caring woman that shared her heart with all that entered her life. Pam cherished the moments she spent with family which included her four loving grandchildren; Ceilah, Hayley, Logan and Jadelyn Hendee. She was proceeded in death by her husband Thomas J. Hughes, sister Ann Crosby, mother Carol Waters and father Lester Waters Sr. Survivors of Pam include Julie Hendee of Vero Beach, sisters Cheryl A. Ortiz of Old Town and Candace Lambert of Rock Springs, Wyoming and brother Lester Waters Jr. Arrangements are by Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
