Patricia Anne (Craven) Fisher, age 89, of Lake Odessa passed unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Patricia was born on July 4, 1929 to William and Evelyn (Knapper) Craven. She was a graduate of East Grand Rapids High School and went on to receive a Masters in Education from Michigan State University.

She retired from Lakewood Public Schools in 1991. Patricia enjoyed her family, friends, her dogs, and living life on the lake. She will be dearly missed by: her children; Nancy (Andy) Sasyk of Plymouth, Robert (Janet) Waldron of Casnovia, Mary (James) Jenks of Grand Ledge, Lucinda France of Plymouth; grandchildren; Brenda (John) Marenich, Jeffrey (Jodi) Menzies, Rebecca (Joe) Newman, Joanna Anderson, Zorian (Alicia) Sasyk, Alexander Sasyk, James (Aja) Jenks, Erica Jenks; great-grandchildren; Tristin, Skye, Jarod, Ian, Zachary, Jacob, Caleb and Brayden.

Those preceding her in death are: her parents, brother Milton Craven and daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Newell Menzies. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018, 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 8pm at Koops Funeral Chapel 935 4th Ave. , Lake Odessa MI 48849.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 5th, 2018 at 11am at the Central United Methodist Church, 912 4th Ave. Lake Odessa, MI 48849. Memorials in Patricia’s name can be made to UMCOR through Central United Methodist Church or the Barry County Humane Society, 540 Industrial Park Dr, Hastings, MI 49058.
