Patricia A. Stewart, age 89, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 in Twin Lake, MI. She was born November 26, 1929 in Muskegon to Ralph L. and Edna G. (Prins) Miles and lived most of her life in Twin Lake. On July 9, 1949, she married Kenneth R. Stewart in Rapid City, SD and they enjoyed 66 years of marriage.

He preceded her in death on May 3, 2016. In 1994, Kenneth and Patricia retired to Apollo Beach, FL where they were members of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Ruskin, FL. She was a long-time member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Lakewood Club while they lived in Michigan.

Patricia enjoyed traveling to Northern Michigan. She was a devoted reader of faith-based books. Patricia was a simple woman with good and honest values and her family was her life’s priority.

A faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend – she will be deeply missed. She is survived by her children, Cindy (David) Plank, Ralph (Julie) Stewart, James Stewart; 6 grandchildren, Lori (Brad) Doriot, David (Carrie) Plank, Ryan (Elaina) Stewart, Derrick (Sarah) Stewart, Kyle Stewart, Kristine (fiancé, Jay Carlson) Stewart; 6 great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Leah, Lauren, Autumn, Ashlyn, and Aubrey. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, February 14, 2019 at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church (150 Church Street, Twin Lake) with the Rev.

Fr. Godfrey Onyekwere presiding. VISITATION will be held in the Parish Hall one hour prior to the Mass, 10-11 AM Thursday.
