Patricia Ann Heffernan was born on July 28, 1941 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Harry and Florence (Gunner) Heffernan. She graduated from Trinity High School in Hackensack, New Jersey and attended Orangeburg Community College. Patricia worked for New Jersey Bell Telephone as a data entry operator and volunteered for many charity organizations.

Patricia married Robert Klepacki on March 23, 1963 in Maywood, New Jersey. They moved to the Brownwood area in 2005, where they joined St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion.

She also loved to play Bingo. Patricia is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Klepacki of Brownwood, four sons, Michael Klepacki and wife Donna of Bakersfield, California, Kenneth Klepacki of Oxnard, California, Gregory Klepacki and wife Dena of Round Rock, Texas and James Klepacki and wife Danielle of Lake Havasu, Arizona; thirteen grandchildren, Bailey Klepacki, Tyler Eads, Jimmy Klepacki, Jr., Levi Klepacki, Kailie Klepacki, McKenzie Klepacki, Destiny Klepacki, Kyle Blaze Klepacki, Joshua Klepacki, Brianna Klepacki, Kayla Klepacki, Tevin Paykel and David Paykel and a great-grandchild, Harper Klepacki; a brother, John Heffernan of Ridgefield Park, New Jersey; two nephews, Brian and Bobby Heffernan and a niece, Katie Heffernan. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Heffernan.
