Patricia Davis of Lacey, passed away on March 2, 2019 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born on December 11, 1941 the daughter of Ernest and Evelyn Bedell of Oceanside, NY. Pat, along with her husband Norman, raised their two daughters in Tinton Falls, before moving to Lacey.

After graduating from The King’s College, she went on to teach in both public and private schools for the next 30 years. The majority of that time was at Central Jersey Christian School. Being faithfully active at her church in Asbury Park, Pat had fond memories of helping out with the youth group, singing in the choir, and being a part of the women’s ministry.

Traveling was also something that Pat along with her family loved doing whether it was Disney World with her grandkids or visiting Alaska with her husband Norm and their friends. Pat leaves behind her daughters, Leanne Jones and her husband Darren of Westport, Maine and Cheryl Schlagenhaft and her husband Paul of Forked River, NJ along with her six grandchildren Stephanie, Jessica, Josh, Alexis, Jennifer, and Samantha. Pat was known for being a prayer warrior who always had an encouraging word or a card to send to those she was praying for.
