Patricia Lynn Trucinski, 69, of Madisonville, KY passed away, Friday, March 1, 2019 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. She was born May 4, 1949 to late James Fowler Sr. and Dorothy Sue Tucker Fowler. She enjoyed shopping, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She worked for over 27 years at Goldenrod. Patricia never met a stranger. Patricia is survived by her husband, John; four sons, Michael Shane (Stephanie) McElfresh and James Walter (Krissy) McElfresh both of Madisonville, Paul Ryan (Lindsey) Trucinski of Maryland and Ross Matthew Trucinski of Texas; three sisters, Claudia Runge of Louisville, KY, Janice Babb and Paula Underwood both of Richland, KY; one brother, James Calvin Fowler Jr. of Maryville, TN; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Martha Trucinski.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Father Carl McCarthy officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Madisonville. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Michael James Calvin McElfresh, Christopher Blake McElfresh, Colin James McElfresh, James Calvin Fowler, Jr., Michael Shane McElfresh and James Walter McElfresh.
