Obituary for Patrick Timothy Coyle Patrick T. Coyle, 73, of Louisville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at The Hildegard House. He was born March 7, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan, a son of the late Walter Jerome Coyle and Dorothy Marie Bronner Coyle. Patrick was a bus driver for Jefferson County Public Schools for over 10 years and prior to driving was co-owner of Coyle Chevrolet.

He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, but his greatest blessing in life was his family. Patrick enjoyed a good game of Poker with his friends and had a great sense of humor. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Catherine Kochert.

Patrick is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Sandra Leigh Reid Coyle; two daughters, Leigh Anne Coyle-Reid (Scott) and Beth Coyle; three grandsons, Connor Patrick Reid, Lawrence Andrew “Andy” Reid and Noah Patrick Coyle; two brothers, Michael (Marianne) and Walter (Susan) Coyle and many other extended family and friends. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1406 E. Washington Street with burial to follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, New Albany, IN. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, “in St. Matthews”.
