Williamsport, MD – Patsy Lorraine Kelley, 86, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Williamsport Nursing Home Williamsport, MD. She was born on June 3, 1932 in Boonsboro, MD to the late Guy Wilbur and Irene Frances Moser Sprecher. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward “Bill” Kelley, Sr. in 1995.

She was a Homemaker. Patsy was a member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church Williamsport, MD. She is survived by her daughter Wilma Lee Wilson and her husband Edward Charles of Williamsport, MD; son Charles E. Kelley of Hagerstown, MD; grandchildren Tina, James, Valerie, Charlie, Alex, Madison, Carol, Barbie, and Buck; numerous great and great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sons William E. “Jumbo” Kelley, Jr. and Norman “Bucky” Kelley and one sister Nancy Lee Ball. The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 10:00 am – 12:00 (Noon). The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Friday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Kim Nunberg officiating.
