Pelion – Mr. Paul Allen Cureton, Sr., 77, entered into rest Saturday, July 21, 2018. Mr. Paul is the loving husband of Mary Lou Bex Cureton, and wonderful father of Samuel “Sammy” Kenneth Cureton, Paul Allen Cureton, Jr., Kimberly Jean Cureton (Brian Ingle), Vicki Lee Welch (Vince), and Erik Wayne Cureton, Sr. (Peggy Eck). He is the grandfather of Dakota Cureton, Allen Cureton, III (Jessica), Cody Cureton, Kayla Cureton, Maryanna Cureton, Sheena Bazemore, Trista Bazemore, Joshua Campbell, Cassidy Campbell, Madison Welch, Mackenzie Welch, Erik Cureton, Jr., and Alexis Cureton; and the great grandfather of Liam Cureton, Lennon Cureton, Elizabeth Syler, Lainey Cureton, Matthew Rabin, Blaze Bazemore, Patience Burns, Serenity Burns, Brooke Huffman, Aayden Shea, Ethan Cureton, and Willow Ann Cureton.

He is the brother of Wilma Bell, Earl (Gay) Cureton, and Pete Cureton. He also has a sister-in-law Maureen Moans, and brother-in-law Eddie Felder. Mr. Paul is the son of the late Paul William Cureton and Mildred Henderson Cureton.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings Larry Cureton, Daniel Cureton, Jackie Cureton, and Dixie Felder. The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, July 24th, 2 pm at the Pelion Church of the Nazarene. Interment will follow in the Pelion Oaklawn Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be following the internment service at Pelion Church of the Nazarene.
