Paul D. Noel, 61, of Westminster, passed away st his home, January 3, 2019. Born November 16, 1957 in Mansfield, Ohio, he was the son of Paul and Ruth Stiltner Noel of Avon Park, Florida. He was the devoted husband of Catherine (Wurm) Noel to whom he was married for 31 years.

Paul owned the UPS stores in Westminster and Mt. Airy. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, a 4th degree Knight and a past Grand Knight.

He was a member of St. John Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time with… Read More » his family, woodworking, playing bass guitar and riding his motorcycle. Paul is survived by his children, Gary Noel of Maryland and Terra Cashen and her husband Jason of Westminster; a brother Clifton Noel and his wife Susan of Marinette, Wisconsin; two grandchildren; one niece; and two nephews.

The family will receive family & friends, Monday, January 7, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster with a Rosary by Knights of Columbus at 7:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:00 am, St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster, MD 21157. Interment will be at Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington, Ohio.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society, 43 Monroe Street, Westminster, MD 21157, in Paul’s name.
