She was born June 03, 1960 in Springdale, Arkansas, the daughter of the late, Warren and Helen Price Couch. Paula is survived by her husband of 40 years, Troy “Sput” Carter of the home; her son, Jeremy Carter of Springdale; brother, Mike Couch and his wife Deana of Springdale; grandson, Alen Wayne Carter of Bentonville and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 02, 2019 at the Elm Springs Assembly of God Church, 394 Elm Springs Road, Elm Springs, Arkansas 72728 with Pastor Glen Trusty officiating. The family request that family and friends gather at the church after the service for a Pot Luck meal. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
