Pauline Mae (Whitney) Ingerick, 89, a lifetime resident of Wellsboro, died on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at UPMC Williamsport, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 13, 1929 in Wellsboro, the daughter of the late William and Clara (Bowers) Whitney. Pauline was married to Richard “Dick” Miles Ingerick for 56 years.

He preceded her in death on August 14, 2003. Pauline was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, canning and freezing, gardening and reading.

She especially loved to crochet and knit, often making gifts for family and friends. She was a former member of the Arnot Sportsman’s Club. Surviving Pauline are her sons and daughters-in-law, Leon Ingerick (Christine), Richard Ingerick (Linda); daughters, Christina Venters, Nancy Hughes (Howard), Gloria Huck, and Valerie Bartholomew (Wally); twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren and twelve great-great grandchildren; sister, Gladys Wheeler; numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main St. Wellsboro, PA, from 10-11 AM, service to follow at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Laverne Holliday officiating. Burial will be in Tioga County Memorial Gardens.
