Services for Romona Fallaw “Peggy” Swygert, 72, will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Ebal Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Paulling officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel. Pallbearers will be Matt Velasquez, Larry Velasquez, Mike Watson, Billy Rae Beasley, Dr. David Fallaw, Dr. Jim Zaremba, Ronnie Watson, and Barron Gantt.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Ebal Baptist Church 5 Lion Loop Batesburg, SC 29006. Mrs. Swygert passed away Sunday September 9, 2018.

Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Mose and Jesse Jones Fallaw. She was a member of Mt. Ebal Baptist Church and retired from BB&T.

Surviving are her son, Chris Swygert (Robbin), grandsons, Wills and Patrick Swygert; sisters-in-law, Kay Fallaw and Brenda Fallaw; nieces and nephews, Dr. David Fallaw (Robyn), Dr. Angie Zaremba (Jim), Lisa Fallaw; great nieces and nephews, Daniel and Brittany Zaremba and Caroline Fallaw. She was predeceased by brothers, Lorenzo “Soc” Fallaw, Jerold “Jerry” Fallaw, and Wyman Mose Fallaw. The family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff of Saluda Nursing and Rehab Center from the Riley Wing and Dr. Bill Sawyer for the care and love given to Peggy.
