Peggy’s Obituary Peggy Harper, 80 of Kitts Hill, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at a local health care facility. The Kitts Hill, Ohio native was born February 12, 1938, a daughter of the late James Herbert and Inez Pemberton Allen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Harper.

Mrs. Harper attended Dawson Bryant Schools and was a homemaker. She also attended Johnstown Baptist Church as a child and over the years, she gave love, support and care to many friends, neighbors and relatives asking nothing in return. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: her daughter: Pam Harper her son: Billy Harper one special brother-in-law: Theodore Moore of South Point two sisters: Betty Hall and Mary Jane Wilson four brothers: Bert, Wayne, Leonard and Don Allen She is survived by: two grandsons: Jamie Lambert and Justin Harper one sister: Linda Moore of South Point There will a service at the convenience of the family.

Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio is assisting the family with the arrangements.
