Obituary for Peggy J Skaggs Peggy J Skaggs, 80, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully at her home in Elizabethtown, Tuesday September 18, 2018. She was born in Elizabethtown to Henry Douglas and Emma Williams Douglas. She was a homemaker, as well as a loving mother and grandmother.

Peggy was preceded in death by her both of her parents, her husband, James “Tom” Skaggs, and one son, Jeff Skaggs. She is survived by her three sons, Don Skaggs, Michael (Angie) Skaggs, and Steven Skaggs all of Elizabethtown; three sisters, Barbara Burks of Texas, Patricia Riggs of Nebraska, and Shirley (Robert) Mobley of Tennessee; and four grandchildren: Vaughn, Scott, Chance, and Casey. Funeral Services will be held Saturday September 22, 2018 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown with Rev.

Jerry Bell officiating. Burial will be follow at the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and continue Saturday at 9:00 am until the time of service at the Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown.
