Peggy Joan Lentz Rousseau Sylacauga, AL – Funeral service for Peggy Joan Lentz Rousseau, 77, will be Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Chaplain Latonja Serling officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Mausoleum in Sylacauga, AL. Mrs. Rousseau was born on April 8, 1941 in Sylacauga and went home to be with her savior on Monday, June 18, 2018 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents Annie Bell Brown Lentz and Albert Lentz and two sisters, Barbara Thornton and Betty Lentz. She was a homemaker, a caregiver to daughter Vicki and a mother who loved her children and God very much. She was a member of Bethany Methodist Church in Stewartville.

She leaves behind her loving family including three daughters, Vicki Rousseau from Sylacauga, Donna Rousseau from Stewartville, and Karen Arant from Weogufka; their father, Kenneth Rousseau of Weogufka; and her sister, Linda Thomas from Birmingham. There was a special place in her heart for her two granddaughters, who she loved very much, Chelsea Arant and Tristan Sharpe. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Ray, Gene Ray, Scotty Sharpe, John Anderson and Brett Foshee. Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www. radneysmith.com.

Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
