Obituary for Peggy Vehorn Sanders Peggy Jean Vehorn Sanders, 81, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, June 22, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born March 4, 1937, in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Lewis Vehorn and Minnie Mae McDade Vehorn and widow of Harold Dean Sanders. A retired piano teacher, Mrs. Sanders received her BA Degree from Converse College.

She was a member of Vineyard Church of God and served many different churches as pianist and organist. Survivors include her daughter, Susan Ford (Tim) of Spartanburg, SC; and grandson, Michael Ford and her beloved cat “Care Bear”. Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:30 PM Monday, June 25, 2018, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
