Philip’s Obituary Philip J. Allebach, age 64 of Souderton, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Carol (Shelly) Allebach with whom he shared over 39 years of marriage. Born September 12, 1954 in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Marvin S. and Esther (Nice) Allebach.

Philip worked for his dad at Marvin S. Allebach Painting and Decorating from the 1970’s until 1992. In 1992, he took over the painting business and renamed the company Philip J. Allebach Painting and Decorating. The company painted many Clemens Markets stores and also Trinity Lutheran Church in Lansdale, as well as many other churches, houses and businesses.

In his younger years he enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He was very creative and artistic. Later in life, he enjoyed embroidery, cooking and using his computer.

In addition to his wife, Carol, he is survived by his 2 daughters, Sheila Allebach and Amber Allebach; brother David Allebach; sisters Janice Ashley and her husband Milton and Teresa Alderfer and her husband Kevin. Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Indian Creek Church of the Brethren, 821 Main Street, Harleysville, PA 19438. Family will greet guests after the funeral service in the church fellowship hall.
