Obituary for Philip J Collins Philip J. Collins, age 79 passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. Phil was born on January 17, 1939 in Louisa, Kentucky to Rush and Elizabeth (Fraley) Collins. Phil worked as a warehouse manager for Converse Electric.

His passion was for racing including ASA where he worked in the pit crew and NASCAR a fan of Richard Petty. Preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Survived by his wife of 26 years, Ruth Iuler; children, Keith (Sheena) Iuler, Heather (Joseph) Henry and his son; Morris Lynn (Rhonda) Collins, 6 grandchildren and one on the way; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; dear sister-in-law, Patti Allen and beloved dogs, Coco, Chelsea and Cassie.

Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at HEART AND HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204. Private inurnment in Green Lawn Cemetery, Louisa, KY. Memorial contributions can be made to Mt.
