Hampton – Philip S. Maloney, 65, of Hampton, formerly of Lowell, MA, died Friday, January 25, 2019 with his family by his side at Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston, ME from injuries sustained in a skiing accident on January 20th. He was born in Lowell, December 18, 1953 a son of the late John and Mary (Murphy) Maloney, Sr. Phil graduated from Lowell High School with the Class of 1972 and from Es Agricultural School with a degree in Forestry. He was employed for 35 years with Continental Res, Inc. of Bedford, MA as an Account Manager.

The Maloney family made their home in Hampton since 1999, coming from Lowell. He also enjoyed his vacation home at Sugarloaf Mountain where he spent as much time as he could on the slopes with friends and family during the winter months. In the summertime, he adored the beach, paddle boarding, and most any outdoor sport.

He shared 45 years with his beloved wife Susan (Linnehan) Maloney and celebrated 33 years of marriage last November. In addition to his wife, family members include, his daughter, Molly Maloney of Boston, MA, five siblings, John Jr. (Kathleen) of Chelmsford, MA, Paul (Catherine) of Cheshire, MA, Martha Livingston (William) of North Chelmsford, MA, David (Dorothy) of Londonderry, Richard (Barbara) of North Hampton and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be from 4-8 P.M. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Church, 1 Lowell Street, Seabrook Beach. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
