He was the son of the late George and Jean (Pogue) Foley. He is survived by his brothers, Lynn Foley and Gary Foley; sisters, Donna Abbott, Cathy Weston, Betsey Lee Foley, Lisa Harper, Rebecca Mullins, and Jeannie Morrow; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to is parents, George and Jean Foley, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Foley; and a sister, Sara Belle Upchurch. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 16, 2019 between 4 pm – 6 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 6 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
