Obituary of Philip Dibb Philip A. Dibb, 97, of 24 Loretta Ave. , Jamestown, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Warren Manor in Warren, Pa. He was born March 5, 1921 in Braddock, Pa.

, the son of the late John and Mazie Space Dibb. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1945 with duty in Hawaii. Philip had been employed in earlier years by Maddox Table, and retired as a sample maker from Sterlingworth.

He is survived by a daughter, Janis Dibb of Jamestown; a son, Roy Dibb of Lakeview, NY; as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Philip was preceded in death by his wife, L. Grace Flack Dibb, whom he married March 4, 1946 and who died October 14, 2018; and in 1979 by a daughter, Beth Ann Dibb. A private family service will be held.

Visitation will not be observed.
