Cramer, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Pottstown and Patricia L. (Kazmierski) Blain and her husband Charles of Phoenixville, PA. Surviving in addition to his parents are: Son, Jordan Valenteen.

Brother, Christopher Cramer. Step Sisters, Kierra Cramer, Christine Ruszkay and husband Stephen, Melissa Streeter, and Carrie Collins and husband Matthew. His best friend “Reggie”.
