Obituary for Phillip Yancy Skaggs Skaggs, Phillip Yancy, 53, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 with his family by his side. He was a member of Church of the Nazarene. Yancy was the most giving person always there in a moment notice.

He was an avid UK fan, loved fishing, golf and being with his family. He is preceded in death by his father, James Donald Skaggs, Sr. this year. Yancy is survived by his mother, Carol Miller; brothers, James Donald Jr. and Ronald Shannon Skaggs; sister, Danielle Renee’ Skaggs; nieces, Kelsey and Heather Skaggs; nephews, Tyler and Shannon Skaggs and Keaton Robinson; his caregiver, Sioux Ernspiker and many close friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapel, 4832 Cane Run Road.
