Obituary for Phoebe Ellen Spangler Phoebe Ellen Spangler, age 84, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018. She was born March 17, 1934 to the late Roy and Mabel Spangler. She is also preceded in death by her stepmother Florence Spangler, sister Doris Parsley, brothers-in-law Alex Parsley and Bernard Lane, nephews Thomas and Mathew Parsley, Roy Sams, and Jamie Lane.

She is survived by her sisters, Juanita (Curt) Larrison, Annetta Lane, and Connie Sams; many beloved nieces and nephews. She retired from Kelly’s Market on Parsons Ave in Columbus, and was head hostess for many years at the now defunct Willard Restau¬rant in Bexley. Friends and family may call Friday, April 13, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO.

South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH, where funeral service will be Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Michael Parsley officiating. Interment Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH.
