Phyllis G. (Daye) Cornwell, of Wautoma, passed away to eternal life on Friday, December 14, 2018, at the age of 79. Phyllis was born on January 20, 1939 to the late Sylvester and Erma (Schultz) Daye in Waushara County. She graduated from Wautoma High School.

She is survived by her sisters, Polly (Jim) Bielmeier, Wautoma and Sue (Bob) Wilcox, Nekoosa. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; godson, Jeff Daye, Oxford; goddaughter, Kristine Schmelzer, Port Edwards; her partner, Ron Crook and Peanut. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother Arlon.

Per her wishes, a private service was held. The family would like to thank the staff at Wild Rose Manor for the compassionate care that they gave to Phyllis during these last few months.
