Lincoln – Phyllis (Hudson) Benoit, 85 of Lincoln passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Albert H. Benoit. Born in Attleboro, MA, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Eva (Harris) Hudson, she had lived in the Outer Banks of North Carolina for 14 ½ years before moving to Lincoln 11 years ago.

Mrs. Benoit was registered nurse at Vocational Rerdzt/s before retiring in 1993. She previously worked at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro; for Dr. Melucci; and at Ridgewood Court. She received her Nursing Certificate from Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

She was a member of Christ Church, Lincoln, where she was past president of the ECW and a member of the Altar Guild. She is survived by two daughters, Leslie A. Willis and Carolyn Cherone and one stepdaughter, Gayle Taylor, all of Lincoln; four grandchildren; five step grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and six step grandchildren. She was the stepmother of the late George Taylor and the sister of the late Alan Hudson.

Her Requiem Eucharist will be held Saturday, July 7 at 10 A.M. in Christ Church, 1643 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln. Her burial will be private. Calling Hours are respectfully omitted.
