Phyllis Jane Smith, 95, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Medical Center at Scottsville. The Detroit, Michigan native was a retired dairy farmer and after moving to Fountain Run in 1989 she enjoyed her employment at Opryland while still raising beef cattle and pigs on her farm. She was a daughter of the late Rheinhart Wilkens and Mary Marie Schroeder Wilkens.

She is survived by 1 son: Gregory Smith and wife, Judy, Lebanon, TN; 1 daughter: Melissa Campshure, Neenah, WI; 7 grandchildren: Jessica Campshure, Jennifer Stafford (Randy); Jeremey Campshure (Brooke); Zena Marie Urbina (Alejandro); Rebecca Robison (Chad); Tabby Bryant (Brian); Jennifer Sawyer (Matt); She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Kenneth Wilkens. There will be no visitation or services. Cremation was chosen.
