She is survived by her passing by her only child, Jessica Mosley of Lakeland, Florida and Jessica’s father, James Singleton. Additionally, she is survived by three granddaughters and one grandson ( All of Lakeland, Florida). Further, Rachael is survived by her sister, Lori Elliott, brother Marvin Elliott (both of Lakeland) and David Elliott (Hollywood, Florida).

One of Rachael’s favorite things to do was read her thriller stories. In addition to reading, she loved more than anything spending time with her family and friends. Rachael will be missed by all of those, whose lives she touched.
