OBITUARY Raul Velasquez Sr. April 20, 1929 – January 9, 2019 Play Tribute Movie Raul Velasquez Sr., age 89, of Weslaco, Texas passed away on Wednesday January 9, 2019. Raul was born April 20, 1929. Raul is survived by his wife, Elva Velasquez; son Gustavo Velasquez (Beatriz); and daughter Dora Alicia Velasquez and his 6 grandchildren.

Raul was preceded in death by his son Raul Velasquez Jr.. Visitation Services for Raul will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Memorial Park with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Mass will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 12:00 PM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Weslaco, TX, followed with the interment at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, TX.
