Raymond was born June 30, 1965 in Sanford, NC to Raymond F. McNeill and Patricia Lloyd Cannon. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas McNeill. He was a laborer in the Steel Industry in NC and has been disabled for several years.

His hobby in life was fishing. He is survived by his father, Raymond F. McNeill of Sanford, NC; mother, Patricia Lloyd Cannon and her husband, Billy Cannon of Greenbrier; numerous cousins and special friend and caregiver, Ann Crenshaw. Online condolences may be made at www.
