RICHARD LORING ESKEW II, 62, of Emlenton, Pa. passed away early Wednesday morning (05-23-18) at Trinity Living Center in Grove City following a period of declining health. Born in Albany, Georgia on March 12, 1956, he was son of the late Richard L. Eskew, Sr. and Peggy Snyder Wilson.

He graduated from Escambia High School in Pensacola, Florida, and served a period of time with the United States Marine Corps from which he was Honorably Discharged. Richard was an eighteen year member of the Emlenton Volunteer Fire Department where he served in many emergency positions. He was employed as Superintendent of Emlenton Municipal Authority for eight years, and was employed for a number of years by Emlenton Borough.

He is survived by a sister, Carol Wilson of Franklin, and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Darcell Lutz.
